Over the past three decades, there has been a subtle shift in where value is created in financial markets.

Amazon went public in May 1997 at a valuation of about $440 million. Meanwhile, SpaceX went public in June 2026 at about $1.77 trillion. Relative to the world economy, SpaceX listed at roughly 1,000 times Amazon's size.

Other examples? Anthropic. OpenAI.

Like SpaceX, both these companies reached near trillion-dollar valuations before a single one of their shares hit public markets.

The narrative is in the numbers — growth now happens in private markets.

But in all of this, I saw a gap: while institutions had the systems and resources to participate in the value creation process, individual investors lacked the framework to do so.

Three barriers keep investors from using private markets well: access, deal selection, and capital deployment. Access is built to address each.

First, Access.

The view into private markets is often opaque for individual investors. And even when they gain visibility into direct deals, separating the wheat from the chaff requires a team of full-time professionals.

At Access, we lean on alignment. Access Inner Circle members source deals and invest in them alongside other members.

Opportunities are shared, not sold to members.

Second, Deal selection.

Our investment team reviews each opportunity. Of the thousands of opportunities we review each year, typically 10 to 20 are presented on the platform.

And within any subscription tier and timeframe, every investor pays the same fees, shareholders included. That keeps the incentive on finding deals worth doing.

Third, Execution and Management.

Members invest through one app, with one KYC across asset classes. Periodic reporting follows from our team and from independent custodians.
